The AppliancePro Induction interface disc (disk) is a quality piece designed to let you enjoy the benefits of induction cooking without having to give up your old favourite pots and pans.

It simply transforms the induction element into a traditional radiant element! This will mean it is slower than induction.  

Includes an easy grip soft touch handle that’s safe to touch and easier to move (and it’s dishwasher safe like the disc).

Pots, pans and cookware such as copper pots, cast iron, glass ceramic, Bessemer, Stainless Steel and aluminum can all be used on the induction interface disk. No need to throw out your old favorites just because you are upgrading to induction.

The disc will work with portable induction cookers however due to the low output of these units, heat up time will be a lot longer and some units may not heat the disc to the temperature required to boil water. We do not recommend using the disc on portable induction cookers.
